At Speedy Gonzalez Mobile Detailing, we take pride in providing fast, high-quality, and reliable detailing services. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our customers, please review our service policies below.
1. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by text.
Please provide accurate information about your vehicle’s condition to ensure we schedule the correct service time.
We ask that vehicles be accessible, unlocked, and in a safe location for detailing.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25–$50 fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit (if applicable).
3. Weather Policy
Because we’re a mobile service, weather can impact scheduling.
If we must reschedule due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a new time.
4. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital payment methods (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Venmo).
Deposits may be required for large jobs or ceramic coating services.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can make it right.
Refunds are not typically issued, but we will do our best to correct any concerns.
6. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, broken parts, or malfunctioning components.
Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions beyond standard detailing may result in additional charges.
Please remove all personal items before service; we are not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
7. Time Estimates
Service times vary depending on vehicle size and condition.
We’ll provide an estimated completion time, but detailing is a precision process and may take longer for heavily soiled vehicles.
8. Liability
We take all precautions to protect your property.
However, Speedy Gonzalez Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing issues, aftermarket modifications, or wear and tear.

Appointments outside our regular area may include a travel or mobile service fee ($10–$30).
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for:
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions,
Aggressive behavior or harassment, or
Situations that may pose a risk to our staff or equipment.
